Room

A room is a meeting room within an area, tied to a calendar through the Exchange Connector. Rooms are the bridge between physical spaces and calendar data, showing real time meeting information on signage displays.

Exchange Integration

Each room is linked to a Microsoft Exchange mailbox. The Exchange Connector subscribes to calendar changes for that mailbox and pushes event updates to the room in real time. When a meeting is booked, modified, or cancelled in Outlook, the room display updates automatically.

Features

Rooms support quick booking directly from the display panel, check in tracking to release unused bookings, and the option to end meetings early to free up the room.
