Theme

A theme defines the visual styling applied to a template. Themes control colors, sizes, icon styles, and branding so that the same template type can look different across organizations or use cases.

Scope

Themes are organization scoped and template type specific. A meetingroom theme only applies to meetingroom templates and a screen theme only applies to screen templates. Each organization can set a default theme per template type.

Customization

Organizations design and manage themes through the portal. A theme can be applied at the organization level as a default or overridden per device. When a theme is updated, all devices using it refresh their display automatically.
